Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar & Stay in Houseboat (Dinner)
Morning/Noon: Arrival at Sheikh ul-Alam International Airport, Srinagar. Meet and greet by our local team.
Noon: Transfer to Dal Lake for check-in at a traditional Kashmiri houseboat. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and scenic views of the lake.
Afternoon-Evening: Relax and unwind at the houseboat. Enjoy a traditional Kashmiri dinner (such as Wazwan). Optional: Take a short stroll around the lake if time permits.
Accommodation: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 2: Tulip Garden & Gulmarg Adventure (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then head to Indira Gandhi Memorial Tulip Garden (about 30 minutes from Dal Lake). Admire the colorful tulip fields against the backdrop of Zabarwan Hills (note: tulip season is typically late March to April).
Noon: Travel to Gulmarg (about 2 hours). Lunch at a local restaurant.
Afternoon: Ride the Gulmarg Gondola and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas and snowy fields (if winter) or lush meadows.
Evening: Return to Srinagar. Dinner and rest at the hotel.

Day 3: Full Day Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 5: Mughal Gardens & Departure (Breakfast)
Morning: Breakfast and check-out from the houseboat. If time permits, visit one of the Mughal gardens:

  • Nishat Bagh (The Garden of Pleasure, beautiful views of Dal Lake).

  • Shalimar Bagh (The Mughal Garden of Love with fountains).
    Visiting time is about 1-1.5 hours.
    Noon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight. If time is tight, head directly to the airport after breakfast.
    Evening/Night: No activities (depending on flight schedule).
    Accommodation: None (departure).

Important Notes:

  • Tulip Season: Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden is typically open from March to April. If outside the season, it will be replaced with a visit to another Mughal garden or activities in Srinagar (e.g., shikara ride).

  • Clothing: Bring warm clothing for Gulmarg and Sonamarg (especially in winter). Jackets, comfortable shoes, and hats are recommended.

  • Safety: Follow local guides, especially in mountainous areas.

Registration Deadline: Please register by February 28, 2026.

1. Registration and Payment

  • Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp to the SannHoliday India admin at +917006976347 and send a photo of their passport.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

  • Full Payment: If registration is made less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

  • Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made outside the official accounts.

2. Trip Package Includes

  • Domestic flight from Delhi to Srinagar, Kashmir.

  • 4-night accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

  • Meals as per schedule (breakfast and dinner).

  • Land transportation throughout the trip (AC vehicle/van).

  • Entrance tickets to tourist attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

  • Experienced local guide.

3. Trip Package Does Not Include

  • International flight ticket to Delhi.

  • India visa fees (we can assist with processing for an additional fee).

  • Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony rides, etc.).

  • Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls).

  • Tips for the guide and driver (suggested: INR 500-1000 per day per group).

  • Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • By the Participant: Cancellations by the customer will result in the loss of the deposit.

  • By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum quota (10 participants) or force majeure, funds will be transferred to a new schedule as agreed upon.

  • Flight tickets that have already been issued are non-refundable, unless the airline’s policy allows.

5. Document Requirements

  • Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

  • An Indian visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring all travel documents are in order.

6. Health and Safety

  • The weather will be slightly cool, so it is recommended to wear a jacket.

  • Bring warm clothing, personal medications, and winter wear.

  • Participants aged 60 years and older must be accompanied by a health certificate from their doctor and must have travel insurance.

  • SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues caused by participant negligence.

7. Schedule and Itinerary Changes

  • The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., road closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will strive to provide the best alternatives.

  • Activities like gondola rides or visits to certain valleys depend on snow conditions and local authority permissions.

8. Participant Responsibilities

  • Participants must follow the guide's instructions for safety and smooth trip execution.

  • Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) due to participant negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

  • Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or airlines will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

  • SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or cancellations of transportation beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

10. Agreement

  • By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
