International flight ticket Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi (without baggage).

Domestic flight ticket New Delhi - Srinagar Kashmir (15kg baggage included).

4-night accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

Meals as per the itinerary (breakfast and dinner).

Ground transportation throughout the trip (AC car/van).

Entrance fees to tourist attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

Experienced local guide.

Basic travel insurance.

Indian visa fees (we can assist with the process for an additional fee).

Optional activities (Shikara ride, pony ride, etc.).

By Participants: If the customer cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum participant quota (10 participants) or force majeure, the funds will be transferred to another date as per agreement.

Tickets that have already been issued cannot be refunded unless according to the airline’s policy.

Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

An Indian visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are complete.

The weather can be cool, so we recommend wearing a jacket.

Bring warm clothes, personal medications, and winter gear.

Participants over 60 years old must be accompanied and provide a health certificate from a doctor, as well as travel insurance.

SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues due to negligence by participants.

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., route closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will do its best to provide the best alternatives.

Activities like the gondola ride or visits to specific valleys depend on snow conditions and authority permissions.

Participants must follow the guide's instructions for their safety and the smooth running of the trip.

Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicles) due to participant negligence is the responsibility of the participant.

Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline are not entitled to a refund.

SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), riots, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs arising from such events will be the responsibility of the participants.
