Day 1: Kuala Lumpur to New Delhi (-)

Evening: Depart from Kuala Lumpur to New Delhi on a night flight (arrival approx. 23:00–01:00 India time).
Activities: Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport, check in at a nearby hotel to rest.
Overnight: Hotel in New Delhi.

Day 2: New Delhi to Srinagar - City Tour (B, D)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, check out, then take a morning flight to Srinagar (approx. 1.5 hours, e.g., 08:00–09:30).
Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. Check in at a houseboat on Dal Lake. Enjoy a local lunch (e.g., Kashmiri Wazwan or Rogan Josh).
Evening: Srinagar city tour:
- Shikara ride on Dal Lake to enjoy winter scenery.
- Visit Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh), weather and time permitting.
Night: Dinner at the houseboat.
Overnight: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam (B, D)

Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then travel by road to Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours). Arrive and enjoy the winter ambiance of Lidder Valley.
Afternoon: Optional visits (with additional car rental cost):
- Betaab Valley: Scenic views with snow-capped mountains (snow-dependent).
- Aru Valley: Optional pony ride for further exploration.
- Horseback riding through pine forests for Pahalgam’s beauty.
  Lunch at a local restaurant or picnic.
Evening: Explore the Lidder River (possibly frozen) or relax with views of Pahalgam village.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5–3 hours). Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg - Gondola & Free ATV (B, D)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then travel by road to Gulmarg (approx. 2–3 hours).
Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg, a top winter snow destination. Take Gondola Ride Phase 1 for snowy Himalayan views. Lunch in Gulmarg.
Evening:
- Free ATV: Ride an ATV in Gulmarg’s snowy areas (subject to availability and terrain).
- Optional: Snow play or stroll in snowy fields.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours). Dinner and overnight at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar to New Delhi - Return to Kuala Lumpur (B)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, check out, then take a morning flight to New Delhi (approx. 1.5 hours, e.g., 09:00–10:30).
Afternoon: Arrive in New Delhi. Transit at the airport (optional lunch if time allows).
Evening/Night: Flight from New Delhi to Kuala Lumpur (e.g., 15:00 or 20:00, approx. 5–6 hours). Arrive in Kuala Lumpur late night (approx. 22:00–01:00 Malaysia time).

Day 6: Kuala Lumpur - Return to Respective Cities

Morning: Arrive in Kuala Lumpur from New Delhi (depending on the previous night’s flight).
Activities: Transit at KLIA, then continue to respective home cities (e.g., via domestic flight or other transport).

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Stage 1: Initial Deposit
- Participants are required to pay a deposit of Rp1,000,000 per person to secure a spot (booking seat) upon registration.
- This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.
Stage 2: 50% Payment
- A payment of 50% of the total trip cost must be made 3 months after registration or as per the schedule set by the organizer.
- Failure to make this payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.
Stage 3: Final Payment
- Full payment (100% of the total trip cost) must be completed no later than 25 days before the departure date.
- If final payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and prior payments will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:
- Unilateral cancellation by the customer before departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Organizer:
- If the trip is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or failure to meet the minimum quota, the travel agency reserves the right to reschedule. 50% of the total payment, excluding ticket and administrative fees or costs already paid by the agency (e.g., hotel or bus), will be refunded to participants within 30 working days.

3. Inclusions

Round-trip flight tickets (Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi - Srinagar as per itinerary).
Baggage allowance: 20kg for international flights and 15kg for domestic flights.
Accommodation as per itinerary (houseboat in Srinagar, hotels in Srinagar, Agra, and New Delhi).
Meals as specified in the itinerary (B: Breakfast, D: Dinner).
Ground transportation (taxi/private car) as per itinerary.
Entrance tickets to attractions mentioned (Gondola Ride, Taj Mahal, etc.).
Complimentary ATV and Shikara ride tickets.
Tour leader from Indonesia for groups of 10 or more customers.
Assistance with applying for a free 1-year online visa; if not approved, customers must apply for a regular visa at the Indian Embassy.
Local tour guide.

Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for ensuring complete documentation, such as a passport (valid for at least 6 months from the return date) and an Indian visa. The organizer is not liable for entry denials by immigration authorities.
Itinerary: The itinerary may change at any time due to weather, local conditions, or government policies without compromising the essence of the trip.
Health: Participants are expected to be in good health and responsible for their personal medical needs.
Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for losses due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, wars, or flight cancellations by airlines.
