Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi
The flight departs at 7 PM, please make sure to arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport 6 hours before the flight. You will arrive in New Delhi around 11 PM (India Time) and rest for the next morning’s flight to Srinagar, Kashmir.

Day 2: Arrive in Kashmir – Stay at Houseboat (Dinner)
Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport, greeted by our team, and transferred to Dal Lake. Check-in at the traditional houseboat, enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).
Afternoon: Free time at the houseboat to relax or take photos of the lake and mountain views. Optional lunch at the houseboat (additional cost).
Evening: Rest or explore Dal Lake. Optional: Take a Shikara boat ride to see the floating market (additional cost). Enjoy the sunset at the lake.
Night: Enjoy a traditional Kashmiri dinner at the houseboat. Relax in the peaceful evening atmosphere.
Accommodation: Luxury houseboat at Dal Lake.

Day 3: Full Day at Pahalgam – Optional Horse Ride and Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for Pahalgam (approx. 2.5-3 hours, 95 km) via road, passing the Pampore saffron fields.
Afternoon: Arrive at Pahalgam and enjoy the views of the Lidder Valley. Optional (additional cost): Horse riding to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
Horse Ride Cost: Approx. INR 500-1,500 per person, depending on the route and duration (can be negotiated with local providers).
Evening: Stop by the local market in Pahalgam for shopping local souvenirs such as saffron, dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), or shawls.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5-3 hours). Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Full Day at Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, then depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the snowy scenery along the way.
Afternoon: Take the gondola to Phase 1 (free ticket) and enjoy panoramic mountain views. Free time to play in the snow or optional activities such as skiing (additional cost). Lunch in Gulmarg.
Evening: Explore the snowfields or relax at a local cafe. Return to Srinagar.
Night: Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.

Day 5: Full Day at Sonamarg – Optional Horse Ride (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Sonamarg (approx. 2-3 hours, 80 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy the views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (additional cost): Horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier to see snow and mountains (including light trekking).
Evening: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Mughal Gardens (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time permits, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see the beautiful Mughal Gardens.
Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight. If time is limited, go directly to the airport after breakfast.
Evening/Night: Arrive in New Delhi and continue your journey to Kuala Lumpur.
Accommodation: None (departure).

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue your journey back to your respective cities.

Booking and Payment
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, TransferWise, or other methods specified by the tour operator.

Optional Activities

• Availability and safety of optional activities depend on weather conditions and local arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for unused services (e.g., meals, activities) during the trip.

• Cancellations by the customer will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment.

Changes and Adjustments to Itinerary

• The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or security issues.

• Additional costs due to such changes will be borne by the traveler, unless covered by the operator.

Travel Documents and Insurance

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas (if required), and travel insurance. The tour operator is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incomplete documentation.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover emergencies such as medical issues, trip cancellations, or lost luggage.

Health and Safety

• Travelers must ensure their physical condition is suitable for the journey, especially in high-altitude areas such as Gulmarg and Sonamarg.

• The tour operator is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during optional activities (e.g., horseback riding, ATV rides), unless caused by operator negligence.

Liability

• The tour operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages due to natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party services (e.g., airlines, local vendors).

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.

Weather and Seasonal Conditions

• The itinerary is subject to weather conditions. Snow-based activities (e.g., Gondola ride, ATV) depend on sufficient snow, typically available from December to March.

• The operator will provide alternatives if weather disrupts planned activities, but no refunds will be provided for weather-related changes.

Code of Conduct

• Travelers are expected to respect local customs, follow the guide's instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.

• Disruptive behavior may result in expulsion from the trip without a refund.

Force Majeure

• The tour operator is not responsible for failure to provide services due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Agreement
By booking this trip, travelers agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the tour operator's registered location.
