Kashmir 5D4N 3 Star: Houseboat, Gulmarg Snow & Himalaya

Day 1 – Arrival in Kashmir

(Dinner)
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet and greet with our team, then transfer to your houseboat on Dal Lake. Free time to relax. Optional: Shikara ride in the afternoon. Dinner will be served on the houseboat.

Day 2 – Pahalgam / Sonamarg

(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hours drive). Upon arrival, enjoy optional horseback riding to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley. Explore the local market and shop for souvenirs. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Alternative: Visit Sonamarg to experience its scenic beauty and mountain views.

Day 3 – Full Day Gulmarg

(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast at the hotel, head to Gulmarg, Kashmir’s famous snow destination. Ride the Gondola (cable car) and enjoy snow activities. Lunch at a local café (personal expense). Return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and rest.

Day 4 – Full Day Sonamarg

(Breakfast, Dinner)
Full-day tour to Sonamarg, known for its glacier views and fresh mountain air. Optional: horseback ride to Thajiwas Glacier. In the late afternoon, return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 – Departure

(Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax or explore Srinagar. Check-out and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.

Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and making a 50% deposit within 7 days after confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before departure.

• Payments are to be made via bank transfer to:

• The package includes:

  • Hotel accommodation

  • Private transport

  • Meals as per itinerary

Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are based on per person (twin-sharing or triple). Extra charge applies for single room request.

• The price excludes:

  • International & domestic flight tickets

  • Indian visa

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal expenses (laundry, phone, etc.)

  • Optional activities, shopping, guide/driver tips

• Prices may change due to airline fuel surcharges, tax increases, or other external factors without prior notice.

Travel Documents

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for failed trips due to incomplete documents or visa rejections.

Cancellations

• By participant:
  If the participant cancels unilaterally, all payments are non-refundable.

• By organizer (force majeure):
  In case of natural disasters, unrest, or travel bans, the participant may receive a full refund or choose a reschedule.

• Flight cancellation fees follow the policies of the respective airline.

Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events without reducing the travel experience.

• Optional activities like horseback riding or saffron shopping depend on availability and local conditions.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow local rules, guide instructions, and maintain personal safety.

• Participants are responsible for any property damage or extra costs caused by personal negligence.

• The organizer is not liable for lost items, injuries, or health issues during the trip.

Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to have travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and cancellations.

• The organizer may recommend insurance providers, but the final decision lies with the participant.

Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for losses or disruptions caused by events beyond control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemics

• Flight cancellations

• Government travel restrictions
