Kashmir 4D3N 4-Star: Dal Lake, Gulmarg & Scenic Valleys

Day 1 – Arrival in Kashmir (Dinner)
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our team will greet you and transfer you to a houseboat on Dal Lake. Free time to rest or enjoy an optional Shikara Ride in the afternoon. Dinner will be served on the houseboat.

Day 2 – Pahalgam or Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, choose one of the following destinations:

Option 1: Pahalgam
A 2.5–3 hour drive to the scenic town of Pahalgam. Upon arrival, you may enjoy optional horseback riding to Aru or Betaab Valley, and shop for local Kashmiri souvenirs at the market. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Option 2: Sonamarg
A day trip to Sonamarg to enjoy the fresh Himalayan air and breathtaking mountain views. Optional horseback ride to Thajiwas Glacier. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 3 – Full Day in Gulmarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, head to Gulmarg. Enjoy a Gondola Ride (the highest cable car in Asia) and have fun in the snow. Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 4 – Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax or explore Srinagar at leisure. After check-out, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight home.

Registration & Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and making a 50% deposit of the total trip cost, within 7 days after confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Prices are quoted per person based on twin or triple-sharing room occupancy.

• Tips for guide and driver

Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to rate adjustments, taxes, or external factors beyond our control.

Travel Documents

• All participants must possess a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid India e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for trip disruptions caused by incomplete documents or visa rejection by immigration authorities.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant:

• If cancellation is made by the participant, all payments made are non-refundable.

Cancellation by organizer (force majeure):

• In case of natural disaster, civil unrest, or government restrictions, participants will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

• Flight ticket cancellation fees follow the airline’s policy.

Itinerary & Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, without reducing the value of the trip.

• Optional activities (e.g., horseback riding or saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

Participant Responsibility

• Participants must follow all applicable rules, guide instructions, and prioritize personal safety.

• Participants are responsible for any damage or additional charges caused by personal negligence.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost items, injuries, or health issues during the trip.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations is highly recommended.

• The organizer may suggest insurance options, but final decisions lie with the participant.

Force Majeure

The organizer is not liable for losses or changes due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemics

• Flight cancellations

• Government-imposed travel bans
