Day 1: Srinagar - Arrival, Houseboat Check-in, and Shikara Ride (D)
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. Meet our local representative and transfer directly to your houseboat on Dal Lake.
Evening: Check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride (personal expense) to admire the beautiful scenery of Dal Lake with the backdrop of the Zabarwan Mountains.
Night: Dinner at the houseboat and rest.
Overnight: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 2: Full-Day Pahalgam - Optional Horse Riding and Souvenir Shopping (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for Pahalgam by road (approximately 2.5-3 hours, 95 km), passing through the saffron fields of Pampore.
Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the views of Lidder Valley. Optional (personal expense): Horse ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
Horse Ride Cost: Around INR 500-1,500 per person, depending on the route and duration (negotiable with local providers).
Evening: Stop at Pahalgam local market to shop for Kashmir souvenirs like saffron, dried fruits (such as walnuts, almonds), or shawls.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full-Day Sonamarg - Optional Horse Riding (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Sonamarg (approximately 2-3 hours, 80 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy the views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (personal expense): Horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier to experience snow and the mountains (includes light trekking).
Evening: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full-Day Gulmarg - Gondola Phase 1 Ride and Free ATV Ride (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Gulmarg by road (approximately 2-3 hours, 56 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg. Take the Gondola Phase 1 ride (Gulmarg to Kongdori) and enjoy stunning snowy Himalayan views.
Evening: Optional: Play in the snow and enjoy various activities such as snowmobile rides or beginner skiing.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Srinagar - Free Program and Departure (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax at the hotel or explore Srinagar. If time permits, visit the Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh or Shalimar Bagh) for photography and to enjoy the historical gardens.
Afternoon: Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.

Before we begin, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp at +917006976347 and submit a copy of their passport.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid upon registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registering less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Payments must be transferred to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis (details will be provided upon confirmation). We are not responsible for payments made outside these official accounts.

2. Trip Inclusions

• 4 nights of accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• Meals as per the itinerary (breakfast and dinner).

• Air-conditioned ground transportation during the trip.

• Entrance tickets to attractions as per itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

• Experienced local guide.

3. Trip Exclusions

• International flight tickets to Delhi and domestic flight tickets from Delhi to Srinagar.

• India visa fees (we can assist with visa processing at an additional cost).

• Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony rides, etc.).

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls).

• Tips for the guide and driver (voluntary).

• Additional costs arising from force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant: If cancellation is made by the participant, the deposit is non-refundable.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum quota (10 participants) or force majeure, payments will be transferred to a rescheduled trip as agreed.

• Issued flight tickets are non-refundable, except according to the airline’s policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date.

• An India visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee; however, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring the completeness of their travel documents.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are advised to be in good health to withstand Kashmir’s cold weather (temperatures can reach between -5°C to 10°C).

• Please bring warm clothing, personal medication, and winter gear (non-slip shoes, thick jackets, etc.).

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied and must provide a doctor’s health certificate and travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues arising from participants' negligence.

7. Itinerary and Schedule Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or local authority regulations (e.g., route closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will strive to offer the best alternative arrangements.

• Activities such as the gondola ride or valley visits depend on snow conditions and official permissions.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and trip smoothness.

• Damages to property (hotels, houseboats, vehicles) caused by participants are the participants' responsibility.

• Participants denied entry by Indian immigration or airlines are not entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for any losses caused by natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), riots, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Additional costs incurred will be the participant's responsibility.

10. Agreement

By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
