Day 1: Srinagar – Arrival, Houseboat Check-in, and Shikara Ride (Dinner)

• Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. Meet and greet with our local representative, then transfer directly to your houseboat on Dal Lake.

• Afternoon: Check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy an optional 1-hour Shikara ride (at personal expense) to admire the stunning views of Dal Lake against the backdrop of the Zabarwan Mountains.

• Evening: Dinner and rest at the houseboat.
  Overnight: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 2: Full Day in Pahalgam – Optional Horse Riding and Souvenir Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for Pahalgam by road (approximately 2.5–3 hours, 95 km), passing through Pampore's saffron fields.

• Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the scenery of the Lidder Valley.
  Optional activities (at personal expense): Horse riding to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
  Estimated horse-riding cost: Around INR 500–1,500 per person (negotiable with local providers).

• Afternoon: Stop at Pahalgam’s local market to shop for authentic Kashmiri souvenirs such as saffron, dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), and scarves.

• Evening: Return to Srinagar (2.5–3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day in Sonamarg – Optional Horse Riding (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a road trip to Sonamarg (approximately 2–3 hours, 80 km).

• Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Sindh River Valley.
  Optional activities (at personal expense): Horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier to experience snow and mountain trekking (light trekking included).

• Afternoon: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.

• Evening: Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day in Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 and Free ATV Ride (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Gulmarg (approximately 2–3 hours, 56 km).

• Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg. Ride the Gondola Phase 1 (Gulmarg to Kongdori) and admire the snow-covered Himalayan scenery.

• Afternoon: Optional activities (at personal expense): Play in the snow, enjoy fun activities such as snowmobiling or beginner skiing.

• Evening: Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5: Srinagar – Free Time and Departure (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax at the hotel or explore Srinagar. If time permits, visit the Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh or Shalimar Bagh) for photo opportunities and to enjoy the historic gardens.

• Afternoon: Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight.

Welcome to the Winter Adventure in Kashmir with SannHoliday India! Before we begin, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp at +917006976347 and send a photo of their passport.

• Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration is made less than 14 days before departure, full payment must be made at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Transfer to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to any account other than the official one.

2. Trip Package Includes

• 4 nights of accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• Meals as per the schedule (breakfast and dinner).

• Ground transportation during the trip (AC car/van).

• Entrance tickets to tourist attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

• Experienced local guide.

3. Trip Package Excludes

• International flight tickets to Delhi and domestic flight tickets from Delhi to Srinagar, Kashmir.

• India visa fees (we can assist with processing for an additional fee).

• Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony ride, etc.).

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone).

• Tips for the guide and driver (suggested: INR 500-1000 per day per group).

• Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant: If the customer cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants (10 participants) or force majeure, the funds will be transferred to another scheduled date as agreed.

• Flight tickets that have been issued cannot be refunded, unless per the airline’s policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

• An India visa is required and must be arranged before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa approval is at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are complete.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are advised to be in good health to cope with the cold weather in Kashmir (temperatures can range from -5°C to 10°C).

• Bring warm clothing, personal medications, and winter gear (non-slip shoes, thick jackets, etc.).

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied and provide a medical certificate from a doctor and must have travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues resulting from participant negligence.

7. Changes to Schedule and Itinerary

• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or local regulations (e.g., closure of routes due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will make efforts to provide the best alternative.

• Activities such as gondola rides or visits to certain valleys depend on snow conditions and local authority permits.

8. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and smooth travel.

• Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) caused by the negligence of participants will be the responsibility of the participants.

• Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the participants.

10. Agreement

• By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
