Check-in and rest at the hotel.
In the evening: Visit Mehtab Bagh for a sunset view of the Taj Mahal.

DAY 3 – AGRA – JAIPUR

Morning visit to the Taj Mahal.
Return to hotel for breakfast. Optional visit to Agra Fort.
After lunch, drive to Jaipur (approx. 5 hours).
Arrive and check-in at the hotel.

DAY 4 – JAIPUR

Jaipur city tour.
Visit various iconic landmarks, take photos, and enjoy the cultural atmosphere of Rajasthan.
Overnight stay in Jaipur.

DAY 5 – JAIPUR – DELHI

After breakfast and a relaxed morning, drive back to Delhi (approx. 5 hours).
Arrive in the afternoon or evening, check-in and rest at the hotel.

DAY 6 – NEW DELHI

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed Delhi city tour, passing by:

• Presidential Palace

• Humayun’s Tomb

• Lotus Temple

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Payments are to be made via bank transfer to the official organizer's account.

• The trip cost includes accommodation (houseboat & hotel), private transport, entrance tickets (gondola, Mughal gardens), shikara ride, and meals as stated in the itinerary.

2. Price and Inclusions

• Trip prices are per person, based on twin-sharing or triple occupancy.

• A single room supplement applies for solo travelers.

• Not included: India visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone), optional activities (horse riding), souvenir shopping, and tips for guides/drivers.

• Price adjustments may occur due to changes in airfare or government taxes without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for travel issues arising from incomplete documents or visa rejections.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by participant: If the participant cancels unilaterally, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions): Full refund or option to reschedule.

• Airline cancellation fees will follow the airline's own policy.

5. Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events, without diminishing the overall experience.

• Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) are subject to local availability and conditions.

6. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must follow local regulations, guide instructions, and maintain personal safety.

• Participants are liable for any property damage or extra costs resulting from personal negligence.

• The organizer is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance that covers health, accidents, and trip cancellation.

• The organizer may recommend insurance providers, but the final decision rests with the participant.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for any loss caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel bans.
