Day 1: Arrival in New Delhi (-)

Night:
Arrive in New Delhi on a late-night flight from Kuala Lumpur (assumed arrival around midnight).
Activity:
Check in to a hotel near the airport or city center to rest after the long journey.
Overnight: Hotel in New Delhi.

Day 2: New Delhi to Srinagar (Kashmir) – City Tour (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning:
Breakfast at the hotel, then check out. Catch a morning flight to Srinagar (approx. 1.5 hours).
Afternoon:
Arrive in Srinagar. Check in to a houseboat on Dal Lake and enjoy a local lunch (e.g., Rogan Josh or Kashmiri Pulao).
Evening:
City tour of Srinagar: Take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. If time permits, visit the floating market or Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh/Nishat Bagh).
Overnight: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam or Sonamarg – Return to Srinagar (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning:
Breakfast, followed by a private excursion by road (choose one):

• Pahalgam (2.5–3 hrs): Visit Betaab Valley, Lidder River, or Aru Valley (optional pony rides available).

• Sonamarg (2–2.5 hrs): Enjoy the "Meadow of Gold", Sindh River, and surrounding mountains.
  Afternoon:
  Lunch at a local restaurant or picnic-style.
  Evening:
  Continue exploring or relaxing before returning to Srinagar.
  Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Return to Srinagar (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning:
Breakfast, then travel to Gulmarg (2–3 hrs).
Afternoon:
Arrive in Gulmarg. Ride the Gondola (Phase 1 or 2, depending on weather) to view the Himalayas.
Evening:
Optional activities: Stroll through meadows or enjoy snow play (if in winter season). Lunch in Gulmarg.
Return to Srinagar by evening.
Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar to New Delhi – Continue to Agra (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning:
Breakfast and check-out. Take a morning flight from Srinagar to New Delhi (1.5 hrs).
Afternoon:
Arrive in New Delhi and proceed directly to Agra by road (approx. 3–4 hrs).
Evening:
Arrive in Agra and check-in to hotel. Rest and relax.
Overnight: Hotel in Agra.

Day 6: Agra (Taj Mahal) – Return to New Delhi (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning:
Breakfast and visit the Taj Mahal (recommended in the morning for best views and cooler weather).
Afternoon:
Drive back to New Delhi (approx. 3–4 hrs).
Evening:
Check-in at hotel and rest after the journey.
Overnight: Hotel in New Delhi.

Day 7: New Delhi City Tour – Departure to Kuala Lumpur (Breakfast)

Morning:
Breakfast, followed by a short city tour: Visit India Gate, Agrasen Ki Baoli (depending on flight time).
Afternoon:
Lunch and optional souvenir shopping at Dilli Haat or Connaught Place.
Evening (5 PM):
Transfer to Indira Gandhi International Airport for the flight back to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 8: Transit in Kuala Lumpur

Activity:
Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue your journey home to your respective cities.

Welcome to the Snowy Adventure in Kashmir with SannHoliday India! Before we begin, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Please register via WhatsApp with SannHoliday India admin at +917006976347.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be made at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration is made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Payments should be made via transfer to the official bank account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided during confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to accounts other than the official ones.

2. Package Includes

• International flight tickets Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi without luggage.

• Domestic flight tickets New Delhi - Srinagar Kashmir with 15kg baggage allowance.

• Accommodation for 4 nights (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• Free Shikara & ATV ride.

• Taj Mahal entry ticket.

• Meals as per schedule (breakfast and dinner).

• Ground transportation throughout the trip (AC vehicle/van).

• Entrance tickets to sightseeing spots as per itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

• Experienced local guide.

• Basic travel insurance.

3. Package Does Not Include

• Indian visa fees (we can assist with processing for an additional fee).

• Optional activities such as Shikara, pony rides.

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls).

• Tips for the guide and driver (suggested: INR 500-1000 per day per group).

• Additional costs arising from force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Participants: If a participant cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participants (minimum 10 participants) or force majeure, funds will be transferred to a new schedule based on mutual agreement.

• Air tickets that have been issued are non-refundable unless per airline policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

• An Indian visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are complete.

6. Health and Safety

• The weather will be cool, so it is advised to wear a jacket.

• Bring warm clothing, personal medication, and appropriate winter gear.

• Participants over 60 years old must be accompanied and provide a doctor’s certificate stating they are fit for travel, along with travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues resulting from participant negligence.

7. Schedule and Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or local policies (such as road closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will try to provide the best alternatives.

• Activities such as Gondola rides or visits to specific valleys depend on snow conditions and local authority permissions.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the guide's instructions for safety and smooth trip operations.

• Any property damage (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) caused by participant negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

• Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs arising from such events will be the participant’s responsibility.

10. Agreement

By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
