7 Day India Tour: Kashmir & Golden Triangle – 4 Star

Day 1: Arrival in Kashmir
(Dinner)
Arrive at Srinagar Airport. You will be picked up and transferred to a houseboat on Dal Lake. Free time to relax. Optional Shikara ride in the afternoon. Dinner will be served on the houseboat.

Day 2: Full Day in Gulmarg
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy stunning views of the Himalayas and experience the famous gondola ride. Free time to play in the snow or simply relax. Return to Srinagar in the evening and check in to the hotel.

Day 3: Full Day in Pahalgam
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Travel to Pahalgam. Free time to explore, or enjoy optional activities such as horseback riding to Baisaran and taking photos in traditional Kashmiri attire. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

Day 4: Kashmir to Agra
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport. Flight to Delhi, followed by a drive to Agra. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and enjoy free time to relax.

Day 5: Agra to Jaipur
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning visit to the iconic Taj Mahal. After lunch, continue the journey to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and rest.

Day 6: Jaipur to New Delhi
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning tour of Amber Fort (optional jeep/elephant ride), followed by photo stops at Hawa Mahal and a visit to City Palace. After lunch, drive to New Delhi and check in to the hotel.

Day 7: Departure from New Delhi
(Breakfast)
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of New Delhi, visiting Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, and the Presidential Palace. Free time until transfer to the airport for your return flight.

1. Registration and Payment
Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and making a 50% deposit of the total trip cost within 7 days of confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

The tour fee includes hotel accommodation, private transportation, and meals as stated in the itinerary.

2. Pricing and Inclusions
Prices are per person based on twin/triple-sharing. A single supplement fee applies for solo travelers.

Not included:
International/domestic flights, India visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs/shopping, and guide/driver tipping.

Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in airfare, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents
Participants must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a valid Indian e-Visa.
The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa denial.

4. Cancellation Policy
By the participant:
Cancellations made unilaterally by the customer will result in a forfeiture of any paid amounts.
By the organizer (due to force majeure such as natural disasters, riots, or government restrictions):
A full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Flight cancellation fees follow the airline’s policy.

5. Itinerary and Changes
The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events without reducing the overall travel experience.
Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) depend on availability and local conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must comply with local regulations, follow the guide’s instructions, and prioritize personal safety.
Participants are responsible for any property damage or additional costs resulting from personal negligence.
The organizer is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations is highly recommended.
The organizer can assist in recommending insurance providers, but the final decision lies with the participant.

8. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for losses caused by events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or travel bans by authorities.
