DAY 1 – Arrival in Leh
Arrive in Leh, transfer to hotel, and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude.
In the afternoon, enjoy a light visit to Shanti Stupa, a short drive and a few steps up — perfect for your first day.

DAY 2 – Leh Local Sightseeing
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Explore the highlights of Leh, including:

• Hall of Fame (Military Museum)

• Magnetic Hill

• Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

• Sangam Point (confluence of Indus & Zanskar Rivers)

• Leh Palace
  Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

DAY 3 – Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (5,359 m), with a stop at the summit for photos.
Visit:

• Diskit Monastery

• Camel ride on Bactrian camels at the Hunder sand dunes
  Overnight stay at camp/hotel in Nubra.

DAY 4 – Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok Route
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Scenic drive along the Shyok River to reach Pangong Lake (14,270 ft).
Enjoy a relaxing afternoon by the lake, perfect for photos and nature lovers.
Overnight stay in a lakeside camp at Pangong.

DAY 5 – Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La Pass
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Return to Leh via Chang La Pass.
Optional stop: Hemis Monastery
Afternoon free time for shopping or relaxing at local cafes.
Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

DAY 6 – Departure from Leh
Morning transfer to Leh Airport.
Tip: Allow extra buffer time in case of flight delays due to weather.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• All payments must be made via bank transfer to the official organizer’s account.

The trip cost includes:

• Accommodation (houseboat & hotel)

• Private transportation

• Entrance tickets (Gondola, Mughal gardens)

• Shikara ride

• Meals as per itinerary

2. Price and Inclusions

• Prices are per person, based on twin-sharing or triple room accommodation.

• Additional charge applies for single occupancy.

Prices exclude:

• Indian Visa

• Travel insurance

• Personal expenses (laundry, phone, etc.)

• Optional activities (e.g., horseback riding)

• Souvenir shopping

• Tipping for guide/driver

Prices may be adjusted due to changes in airline taxes or government levies without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for travel failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

4. Cancellation Policy

Participant cancellation:

• Unilateral cancellation by the participant is considered non-refundable.

Organizer cancellation (due to force majeure such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government restrictions):

• Full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

• Airline cancellation fees follow airline policies.

5. Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events without reducing the overall travel experience.

• Optional activities (e.g., horseback riding or saffron shopping) depend on local availability and conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow local regulations, guide instructions, and ensure personal safety at all times.

• Participants are liable for any property damage or extra costs due to personal negligence.

• The organizer is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, injury, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to have travel insurance that covers:

• Medical care

• Accidents

• Trip cancellation

The organizer may assist in recommending insurance providers, but the final decision lies with the participant.

8. Force Majeure

The organizer is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond control, such as:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic outbreaks

• Flight cancellations

• Government-imposed travel restrictions
