Day 1 – New Delhi

Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport. Meet and greet. Optional transfer to hotel. Check-in and rest. Overnight in Delhi.

Day 2 – New Delhi to Agra
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Delhi city tour: India Gate, Presidential House (Rajpath), Qutub Minar, Lotus Temple. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Agra. Check-in and overnight in Agra.

Day 3 – Agra to Jaipur
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning visit to Taj Mahal. Breakfast at hotel. Optional visit to Agra Fort. After lunch, drive to Jaipur (5 hrs). Check-in and overnight in Jaipur.

Day 4 – Jaipur
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast: photo stop at Hawa Mahal, visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Amber Fort. Free time in the evening. Overnight in Jaipur.

Day 5 – Jaipur to Delhi
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast and a relaxed morning, drive to Delhi (±5 hrs). Arrive in the evening, check-in and overnight in Delhi.

Day 6 – New Delhi
(Breakfast)
Breakfast and midday check-out. Free time for souvenir shopping (Connaught Place / Janpath / Dilli Haat / Sarojini Nagar Market). Transfer to New Delhi Airport 3–4 hours before departure.

Registration & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation via official form submission.

• Full payment due 14 days before departure.

• Payment must be made via bank transfer to the official account.

Trip Inclusions

• Accommodation (hotel & houseboat), private transport, entry tickets (e.g., gondola, Mughal gardens), Shikara ride, and meals as per itinerary.

• Price is per person based on twin/triple sharing. Extra charge for single room.

Exclusions

• India visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, calls), optional activities (e.g., horse riding), souvenirs, and tipping (guide/driver).

Travel Documents

• Valid passport (min. 6 months) and Indian e-Visa required.

• The organizer is not responsible for incomplete documents or visa rejection.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the customer are non-refundable.

• Cancellations due to force majeure (natural disaster, unrest, government restrictions) are eligible for full refund or reschedule.

• Airline cancellation fees follow airline policy.

Itinerary Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather or local conditions without reducing the trip value.

• Optional activities depend on availability.

Participant Responsibility

• Must follow local rules and guide instructions.

• Liable for property damage or additional costs caused by negligence.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost items, injury, or illness.

Travel Insurance

• Strongly recommended to cover health, accidents, and trip cancellation.

• The organizer may assist with recommendations.

Force Majeure

• Not liable for losses due to events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, flight bans, pandemics).
