Day 1
Arrival in Leh
(Dinner)
Arrive in Leh, check-in at the hotel and rest to acclimatize to the high altitude. In the afternoon, take a light visit to Shanti Stupa – a short drive and a few steps, perfect for the first day.

Day 2
Leh Local Sightseeing
(Breakfast, Dinner)

• Hall of Fame (Military Museum)

• Magnetic Hill

• Gurudwara Pathar Sahib

• Sangam Point (confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers)

• Leh Palace
  Overnight at hotel in Leh.

Day 3
Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Drive from Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (5,359 m), with a brief stop at the top. Visit Diskit Monastery and enjoy a Bactrian camel ride on the sand dunes of Hunder. Overnight at camp/hotel in Nubra.

Day 4
Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok Route
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Scenic drive along the Shyok River from Nubra to Pangong Lake (14,270 ft).
Afternoon: Relax and take photos by the lake.
Overnight stay at camp near Pangong Lake.

Day 5
Pangong to Leh via Chang La Pass
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Return to Leh via Chang La Pass. Optional visit to Hemis Monastery.
Evening free for shopping or relaxing at a café in Leh.

Day 6
Departure from Leh
Morning transfer to Leh airport.
Tip: Keep buffer time in case of flight delays.

Terms and Conditions – Ladakh Trip

Registration and Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit of the total trip cost within 7 days of confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days before departure.

• Payments must be made via bank transfer to the official account:

• Trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as per the itinerary.

Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are based per person on a twin-sharing or triple-sharing basis. Additional charges apply for single rooms.

• Not included: Airfare, India visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone, etc.), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guides/drivers.

• Prices may be adjusted due to changes in airfare or taxes without prior notice.

Travel Documents

• Participants must have a valid passport (minimum validity of 6 months) and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by participant: No refund will be issued for unilateral cancellations by the customer.

• Cancellation by organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, unrest, or government restrictions): Full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

• Flight cancellation fees follow the airline’s policy.

Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without reducing the overall experience.

• Optional activities (e.g., horse riding, saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must comply with local regulations, follow guide instructions, and ensure their own safety.

• Participants are responsible for any damage to property or additional costs caused by personal negligence.

• The organizer is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.

Travel Insurance

• Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

• The organizer may provide recommendations for insurance, but the final decision lies with the participant.

Force Majeure

• The organizer is not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel restrictions.
