DAY 1
ARRIVAL IN KASHMIR
(Dinner)
Arrival at Srinagar Airport. You will be picked up and transferred to your houseboat on Dal Lake. Free time in the afternoon with an optional Shikara ride. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

DAY 2
FULL DAY IN GULMARG
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the stunning views of the Himalayas and take the famous Gondola ride. Free time to play in the snow or relax. In the afternoon, return to Srinagar and check-in to the hotel.

DAY 3
FULL DAY IN PAHALGAM
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Depart for Pahalgam. Free time to explore or take an optional horseback ride to Baisaran Valley and try on traditional Kashmiri attire for photos. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

DAY 4
NEW DELHI - AGRA
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Early morning transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival, continue the journey by road to Agra. Check-in at the hotel and rest. Optional evening visit to a local market.

DAY 5
TAJ MAHAL & DEPARTURE
(Breakfast)
Morning visit to the iconic Taj Mahal. Afterwards, enjoy breakfast and check-out. Transfer to Delhi Airport for your return flight home

1. Registration & Payment

• Registration must be completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within 7 days of confirmation.

• Full payment is due no later than 14 days before departure.

• Payment should be made via bank transfer to PT SANNJAYA ANUGERAH WISATA (BNI Bank 2233323320).

• The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as per itinerary.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

• Prices are per person (twin or triple sharing). Single room surcharge applies.

• Excludes: Flights, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver.

• Prices are subject to change due to flight fare or tax adjustments without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must have a valid passport (minimum 6 months) and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for failed trips due to incomplete documents or visa denial.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the participant: Deposit/payment is non-refundable.

• Cancellations by the organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, riots, government restrictions): Full refund or rescheduling offered.

• Flight cancellations follow airline policies.

5. Itinerary & Changes

• Itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without reducing the experience value.

• Optional activities (horse riding, saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow local laws, guide instructions, and prioritize personal safety.

• Participants are responsible for any damage or additional costs caused by negligence.

• The organizer is not liable for lost items, injuries, or illnesses during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering health, accidents, and cancellations.

• The organizer can recommend insurance, but the final decision is the participant's.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for losses due to events beyond control (natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government restrictions).
