• Full payment or a deposit (30-50%) is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the organizer (due to force majeure): Full refund or rescheduling offered.

• Additional costs due to changes are borne by the traveler.

4. Weather Conditions and Road Closures

• Heavy snowfall may cause delays; the organizer is not responsible.

5. Required Documents

• Passport and booking confirmation must be carried.
• Indian visa (for international travelers) must be arranged independently.

6. Clothing and Preparation

• Bring winter clothing (thermals, thick jackets, snow-resistant shoes).
• The organizer does not provide personal gear.

7. Included and Excluded Services

• Included: Accommodation, local transportation, certain meals.
• Excluded: Flight tickets, personal expenses, additional activities.

8. Insurance and Liability

• Travel insurance is recommended.
• The organizer is not liable for loss or injury.

9. Health and Safety

• Travelers must be in good health; temperatures may drop below 0°C.
• The organizer may cancel participation if deemed unfit.

10. Force Majeure

• No liability for disruptions due to natural disasters or political issues.
