Itinerary (December 2025 – January 2026)
Day 1: Kuala Lumpur – New Delhi
- Evening: Depart from Kuala Lumpur International Airport at 7:00 PM. Arrive at the airport 6 hours earlier (1:00 PM).
- Arrival in New Delhi: Around 11:00 PM IST. Rest at an airport hotel for the morning flight to Srinagar.
- Accommodation: Hotel near New Delhi airport.
Day 2: Arrival in Kashmir – Houseboat Stay (Dinner)
- Morning: Morning flight to Srinagar Airport, greeted by our team, transfer to Dal Lake. Check-in at a traditional houseboat, enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).
- Afternoon: Free time on the houseboat to relax or take photos with snowy lake views. Optional lunch on the houseboat (extra cost).
- Evening: Optional: Shikara boat ride to the floating market in winter ambiance (cost ~INR 500-1000). Enjoy sunset on Dal Lake.
- Night: Savor a Kashmiri Wazwan dinner on the houseboat.
- Accommodation: Luxury houseboat on Dal Lake.
Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam – Horseback & Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Morning: Breakfast on the houseboat, travel to Pahalgam (2.5-3 hours, 95 km) via Pampore saffron fields.
- Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam, explore Lidder Valley’s winter scenery. Optional: Horseback ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (cost ~INR 500-1500/person).
- Evening: Shop for souvenirs at Pahalgam’s local market (saffron, dry fruits, Pashmina shawls).
- Night: Return to Srinagar, dinner, and rest.
- Accommodation: 3-star hotel in Srinagar.
Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 & Snow Activities (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, travel to Gulmarg (2 hours).
- Afternoon: Ride Gondola Phase 1 (free ticket), enjoy Himalayan snow vistas. Free time for snow play, skiing, or snowboarding (extra cost ~INR 1000-2000).
- Evening: Relax at a local café with hot drinks or explore snowfields.
- Night: Return to Srinagar, enjoy a special New Year-themed dinner, and rest.
- Accommodation: 3-star hotel or houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 5: Full Day Sonamarg – Optional Horseback (Breakfast, Dinner)
- Morning: Breakfast, travel to Sonamarg (2-3 hours, 80 km).
- Afternoon: Explore the “Meadow of Gold” and snowy Sindh River Valley. Optional: Horseback ride to Thajiwas Glacier (cost ~INR 500-1000/person).
- Evening: Relax or take photos in Sonamarg’s stunning winterernes.
- Night: Return to Srinagar, dinner, and rest.
- Accommodation: 3-star hotel in Srinagar.
Day 6: Mughal Garden & Departure (Breakfast)
- Morning: Breakfast at the hotel or houseboat. Visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh (1-1.5 hours) if time permits to enjoy Mughal gardens.
- Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for flight to New Delhi.
- Evening/Night: Arrive in New Delhi, continue flight to Kuala Lumpur.
- Accommodation: None (departure).
Day 7: Arrival in Kuala Lumpur
- Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, continue to your home city.

- Flights: Arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport 6 hours before departure (1:00 PM). Book an afternoon/evening flight from Srinagar to New Delhi on Day 6.
- Winter Season: This trip occurs in winter (Dec-Jan), with snow in Gulmarg and Sonamarg. Tulip Garden is unavailable; replaced with Mughal gardens or winter activities.
- Clothing: Bring heavy jackets, gloves, scarves, waterproof trekking shoes, and hats for cold weather (0-10°C in Gulmarg/Sonamarg).
- Safety: Follow local guides in mountainous areas. Check India’s official government website for security updates.
