Day 1: Srinagar – Arrival, Houseboat Check-in, and Shikara Ride (Dinner)

Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. Be greeted by our local representative and transfer to a houseboat on Dal Lake.

Evening: Check in to the houseboat. Enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake with stunning views of the Zabarwan Mountains.

Night: Dinner aboard the houseboat and rest.

Overnight: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 2: Full Day Pahalgam – Optional Horse Riding and Souvenir Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then drive to Pahalgam (~2.5-3 hrs, 95 km) via Pampore’s saffron fields.

Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the scenic Lidder Valley. Optional (at your own cost): Horse ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (INR 500-1,500 per person, negotiable with local providers).

Evening: Shop for Kashmir souvenirs like saffron, dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), and shawls at the local Pahalgam market.

Night: Return to Srinagar (~2.5-3 hrs). Dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Day 3: Full Day Sonamarg – Optional Horse Riding (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Sonamarg (~2-3 hrs, 80 km).

Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as “Golden Meadow.” Enjoy views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (at your own cost): Horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier with light trekking (snow and mountain views).

Evening: Relax or take photos in Sonamarg’s natural beauty.

Night: Return to Srinagar (~2-3 hrs). Dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Gulmarg (~2-3 hrs, 56 km).

Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg. Take the Gondola Phase 1 ride (Gulmarg to Kongdori) for snowy Himalayan views.

Evening: Shop for souvenirs before returning to Srinagar.

Night: Return to Srinagar (~2-3 hrs). Dinner and overnight at a hotel.

Day 5: Srinagar – Leisure and Departure (Breakfast)

Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax or explore Srinagar. If time permits, visit Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh or Shalimar Bagh) for photos and historic garden views.

Afternoon: Check out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.
