Day 1: Arrival in New Delhi (-)
  • Evening/Night:
    • Arrive in New Delhi via a night flight from Kuala Lumpur (assuming the international flight arrives around midnight).
    • Activity: Check-in at a hotel near the airport or city center to rest after the long journey.
  • Stay: Hotel in New Delhi.

Day 2: New Delhi to Srinagar (Kashmir) - City Tour (B, D)
  • Morning:
    • Breakfast at the hotel, then check-out.
    • Morning flight from New Delhi to Srinagar (approximately 1.5 hours).
  • Midday:
    • Arrive in Srinagar.
    • Check-in at a houseboat on Dal Lake.
    • Enjoy a local lunch (e.g., Rogan Josh or Kashmiri Pulao).
  • Afternoon:
    • Srinagar city tour: Take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, visit the floating market or Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh/Nishat Bagh).
  • Evening:
    • Stay overnight at the houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam or Sonamarg - Return to Srinagar (B, D)
  • Morning:
    • Breakfast, then depart by road (choose one):
      • Pahalgam (2.5-3 hours from Srinagar): Visit Betaab Valley, Lidder River, or Aru Valley (optional: pony ride).

Day 6: Agra (Taj Mahal) - Return to New Delhi (B, D)

Day 7: New Delhi City Tour - Kuala Lumpur (B)

Day 8: Transit in Kuala Lumpur

Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
  • Stage 1: Initial Deposit
    • Participants are required to pay a deposit of Rp1,000,000 per person to secure a spot (booking seat) upon registration.
    • This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.
  • Stage 2: 50% Payment
    • A payment of 50% of the total trip cost must be made 3 months after registration or as per the schedule set by the organizer.
    • Failure to make this payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.
  • Stage 3: Final Payment
    • Full payment (100% of the total trip cost) must be completed no later than 25 days before the departure date.
    • If final payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and prior payments will not be refunded.
2. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by Participant:
    • Unilateral cancellation by the customer before departure: 100% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.
  • Cancellation by Organizer:
    • If the trip is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or failure to meet the minimum quota, the travel agency reserves the right to reschedule. 50% of the total payment, excluding ticket and administrative fees or costs already paid by the agency (e.g., hotel or bus), will be refunded to participants within 30 working days.
3. Inclusions
  • Round-trip flight tickets (Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi - Srinagar as per itinerary).
  • Baggage allowance: 20kg for international flights and 15kg for domestic flights.
  • Accommodation as per itinerary (houseboat in Srinagar, hotels in Srinagar, Agra, and New Delhi).
  • Meals as specified in the itinerary (B: Breakfast, D: Dinner).
  • Ground transportation (taxi/private car) as per itinerary.
  • Entrance tickets to attractions mentioned (Gondola Ride, Taj Mahal, etc.).
  • Complimentary ATV and Shikara ride tickets.
  • Tour leader from Indonesia for groups of 10 or more customers.
  • Assistance with applying for a free 1-year online visa; if not approved, customers must apply for a regular visa at the Indian Embassy.
  • Local tour guide.
4. Exclusions
  • Indian visa fees for citizens of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore.
  • Travel insurance (mandatory for seniors aged 50 and above).
  • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, additional drinks, etc.).
  • Tips for guides or drivers (optional).
  • Additional costs due to flight schedule changes or unforeseen events.
5. Other Conditions
  • Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for ensuring complete documentation, such as a passport (valid for at least 6 months from the return date) and an Indian visa. The organizer is not liable for entry denials by immigration authorities.
  • Itinerary: The itinerary may change at any time due to weather, local conditions, or government policies without compromising the essence of the trip.
  • Health: Participants are expected to be in good health and responsible for their personal medical needs.
  • Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for losses due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, wars, or flight cancellations by airlines.
