3 Days in Kashmir: Pahalgam, Gulmarg or Sonamarg – 3 Stars

Day 1 – Srinagar (Dinner)
Arrival at Srinagar Airport. Transfer to houseboat on Dal Lake. Optional shikara ride in the evening (own expense). Dinner and rest.

Day 2 – Choice of One Destination (Breakfast, Dinner)
Option 1: Pahalgam – Drive via Pampore. Enjoy Lidder Valley. Optional horseback ride to Aru/Betaab (own expense). Return to Srinagar.
Option 2: Sonamarg – Drive to Sonamarg (2–3 hrs). Explore Sindh River Valley. Optional horseback ride to Thajiwas Glacier (own expense). Return to Srinagar.
Option 3: Gulmarg – Drive to Gulmarg. Ride gondola, play in snow, relax at café. Return to Srinagar.

Day 3 – Departure (Breakfast)
Breakfast, free time, then transfer to Srinagar Airport for departure.

Terms and Conditions – Kashmir Trip

1. Registration and Payment
   Participants must complete the official registration form and pay a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost within 7 days of confirmation.
   The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.
   Payments should be made via bank transfer to the official account:

   The trip cost includes hotel accommodation, private transport, and meals as per itinerary.

2. Pricing and Inclusions
   Prices are per person (twin- or triple-sharing). An additional fee applies for single rooms.
   Not included: Airfare, Indian visa, travel insurance, personal expenses (laundry, phone calls), optional activities, souvenirs, and tipping for guide/driver.
   Prices may be adjusted due to changes in airline fares or taxes without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents
   Participants must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and a valid Indian e-Visa.
   The organizer is not responsible for any trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

4. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellation by participant:
   All payments are non-refundable if cancellation is made by the participant.
   Cancellation by organizer due to force majeure (natural disasters, riots, or government restrictions):
   A full refund or reschedule option will be provided.
   Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies.

5. Itinerary and Changes
   The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances without reducing the experience value.
   Optional activities (e.g. horseback riding, saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities
   Participants must follow local regulations, guide instructions, and prioritize personal safety.
   Participants are responsible for any property damage or additional costs caused by personal negligence.
   The organizer is not liable for lost belongings, injuries, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance
   Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
   The organizer may recommend insurance providers, but the final decision rests with the participant.

8. Force Majeure
   The organizer is not liable for any loss due to events beyond control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
