DAY 1
ARRIVAL IN KASHMIR

Arrive at Srinagar Airport. Transfer to the houseboat on Dal Lake. Free time in the afternoon with an optional Shikara ride. Dinner and overnight stay on the houseboat.

DAY 2
FULL DAY IN GULMARG
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the view of the Himalayas and take the Gondola ride. Free time for snow activities or to relax. Return to Srinagar in the afternoon and check in to the hotel.

DAY 3
FULL DAY IN PAHALGAM
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Depart for Pahalgam. Free time to explore or take an optional horseback ride to Baisaran and try on traditional attire for photos. Return to Srinagar in the evening.

DAY 4
KASHMIR – AGRA
(Breakfast, Dinner)
After breakfast, fly to Delhi and continue by road to Agra. Check in to the hotel and enjoy free time. Optional evening visit to a local market or explore the city.

DAY 5
AGRA – NEW DELHI
(Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning visit to the Taj Mahal. Afterward, return to the hotel for breakfast and check-out. Continue the journey to New Delhi. Check in to the hotel and enjoy free time.

DAY 6
NEW DELHI – DEPARTURE
(Breakfast)
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of New Delhi, including Qutub Minar, India Gate, Lotus Temple, the Presidential House, and a local market (if time permits). In the afternoon or evening, transfer to the airport for your return flight.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration is completed by filling out the official form and paying a 50% deposit within a maximum of 7 days after confirmation.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

2. Pricing and Inclusions

• Prices are per person based on twin-sharing or triple room occupancy.

• A single room request will incur an additional charge.

• Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, souvenirs)

• Tips for guide and driver

• Prices may change at any time due to airline fare or tax adjustments without prior notice.

3. Travel Documents

• Participants must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid Indian e-Visa.

• The organizer is not responsible for trip failure due to incomplete documents or visa rejection.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by the participant:
  If canceled unilaterally by the participant, the payment is non-refundable.

• Cancellation by the organizer due to force majeure (natural disaster, unrest, government policy):
  A full refund or trip rescheduling will be offered.

• Flight ticket cancellation follows the airline’s policy.

5. Itinerary and Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, without reducing the overall experience.

• Optional activities (e.g., horse riding or saffron shopping) are subject to availability and local conditions.

6. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow local regulations, guide instructions, and maintain personal safety.

• Participants are responsible for any property damage or additional costs due to negligence.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost items, injuries, or illness during the trip.

7. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations is strongly recommended.

• The organizer may provide recommendations, but the final decision rests with the participant.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for any loss caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, or government travel restrictions.
