TULIP GARDEN KASHMIR 4 Days 3 Nights

Day 1: Arrival in Kashmir – Stay in Houseboat (Dinner)
Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where you will be greeted by our team and transferred to Dal Lake. Check-in at a traditional houseboat and enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).
Afternoon: Free time at the houseboat to relax or take photos with the scenic view of the lake and mountains. Lunch on the houseboat (optional, additional cost).
Evening: Rest or explore Dal Lake. Optional: Take a Shikara ride to see the floating market (additional cost). Enjoy the sunset by the lake.
Night: Dinner with Kashmiri dishes on the houseboat. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of the evening.
Accommodation: Luxury Houseboat on Dal Lake

Day 2: Pahalgam or Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for the chosen destination:

• Pahalgam: Journey to the "Valley of Shepherds" with views of rivers and forests.

• Sonamarg: Travel to the "Meadow of Gold" with snow-capped mountain landscapes.
  Afternoon: Activities at the destination:

• Pahalgam: Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Lidder River. Optional: Horse riding (additional cost). Lunch at a local restaurant.

• Sonamarg: Explore Thajiwas Glacier (optional: sled ride). Lunch at a local restaurant.
  Evening: Continue exploration or free time for photography. Begin your journey back to Srinagar.
  Night: Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.

Day 3: Full Day in Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, brief stop at Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden for the Tulip Festival, then depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the snow-covered landscapes along the way.
Afternoon: Ride the Gulmarg Gondola to Phase 1 (free ticket), and witness the stunning mountain views. Free time for snow activities or skiing (optional, additional cost). Lunch in Gulmarg.
Evening: Explore the snowfields or relax at a local café. Return to Srinagar.
Night: Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar

Day 4: Mughal Gardens (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time allows, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see the beautiful Mughal gardens.
Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight. If time is limited, proceed directly to the airport after breakfast.
Evening/Night: No activities (depending on flight schedule).
Accommodation: None (Departure)

Important Notes:

• Tulip Season: Indira Gandhi Tulip Garden is usually open from March to April. If visiting outside the season, alternative visits to Mughal gardens or activities in Srinagar (such as a Shikara ride) will be arranged.

• Clothing: Bring warm clothing for Gulmarg and Sonamarg (especially in winter). A jacket, comfortable shoes, and a hat are recommended.

• Safety: Follow local guide instructions, especially in mountain areas.

Before we embark on this journey, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Submit your registration through WhatsApp to SannHoliday India Admin at +917006976347.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required upon registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Final Payment: If registration is done less than 14 days before departure, full payment must be made at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Payments should be made via bank transfer to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts.

2. Package Includes

• Accommodation: 4 nights (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• Meals: Breakfast and dinner as per the itinerary.

• Transportation: Land transportation throughout the trip (AC car/van).

• Entry Fees: Tickets to tourist attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

• Guide: Experienced local guide.

• Insurance: Basic travel insurance.

3. Package Excludes

• International Flights: Flight tickets from your home country to Delhi and domestic flight from Delhi to Srinagar.

• Visa Fees: Visa for India is required. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee.

• Optional Activities: Skiing, snowboarding, pony rides, etc.

• Personal Expenses: Shopping, laundry, phone charges.

• Tips: Suggested tip for guides and drivers: INR 500-1000 per day per group.

• Force Majeure Costs: Additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant: If the participant cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to minimum quota (10 participants) not being met or force majeure, funds will be transferred to another scheduled trip as mutually agreed.

• Flights: Airline tickets issued cannot be refunded unless the airline’s policy allows.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

• An Indian visa is required and must be arranged before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the decision to grant the visa is at the sole discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are complete.

6. Health and Safety

• The weather may be slightly cool, so it’s recommended to wear a jacket.

• Please bring warm clothing, personal medications, and any other necessary warm gear.

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied by a medical certificate from a doctor and must have travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for any accidents or health issues arising from negligence by participants.

7. Changes to Schedule and Itinerary

• The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., road closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will make every effort to provide the best alternatives.

• Activities like the gondola ride or visiting specific valleys depend on snow conditions and permissions from local authorities.

8. Participant Responsibility

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and to ensure smooth travel.

• Any damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) caused by the participant’s negligence will be their responsibility.

• Participants denied entry by Indian immigration or airlines will not be eligible for a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for any losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.

10. Agreement

• By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
