Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi

• Evening: Flight departs at 7 PM, make sure to arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport 6 hours earlier.

• Night: Arrive in New Delhi around 11 PM India time, then rest for your early morning flight to Srinagar, Kashmir.

Day 2: Arrive in Kashmir – Stay at Houseboat (Dinner)

• Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport, meet our team, and transfer to Dal Lake. Check-in at a traditional houseboat and enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).

• Afternoon: Free time to relax or take photos of the lake and mountains. Optional: Lunch at the houseboat (extra cost).

• Evening: Rest or explore Dal Lake. Optional: Take a Shikara boat ride to see the floating market (extra cost). Enjoy the sunset by the lake.

• Night: Dinner with traditional Kashmiri dishes at the houseboat. Relax in the peaceful night ambiance.

• Overnight: Luxury Houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam - Optional Horse Riding & Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then head to Pahalgam by road (around 2.5-3 hours, 95 km), passing Pampore’s saffron fields.

• Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the views of Lidder Valley. Optional (extra cost): Horse ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).

• Horse Riding Cost: INR 500-1,500 per person, depending on the route and duration (negotiable with local providers).

• Evening: Stop at the local Pahalgam market for shopping traditional Kashmiri souvenirs like saffron, dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), or shawls.

• Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, then travel to Gulmarg. Enjoy the snowy views along the way.

• Afternoon: Ride the Gondola to Phase 1 (free ticket), and witness breathtaking mountain panoramas. Free time for snow activities or skiing (optional, extra cost). Lunch in Gulmarg.

• Evening: Explore the snowfields or relax at a local café. Return to Srinagar.

• Night: Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.

• Overnight: 3-star hotel in Srinagar or houseboat.

Day 5: Full Day Sonamarg - Optional Horse Riding (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then travel to Sonamarg (around 2-3 hours, 80 km).

• Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, also known as "The Golden Meadow." Enjoy the views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (extra cost): Horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier to see the snow and mountains (includes light trekking).

• Evening: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.

• Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Mughal Garden Visit (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time allows, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see the beautiful Mughal Gardens.

• Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight home. If time is limited, head straight to the airport after breakfast.

• Evening/Night: Arrive in New Delhi, then continue your journey back to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur

• Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue your journey back to your respective cities.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

   • Stage 1: Initial Deposit
     Participants are required to pay an initial deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per person to secure their seat (booking) at the time of registration. This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.

   • Stage 2: 50% Payment
     A payment of 50% of the total travel cost must be made 3 months after registration or according to the schedule set by the organizer. Failure to pay at this stage may result in the cancellation of the booking, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.

   • Stage 3: Full Payment
     The full payment (100%) of the total travel cost must be completed no later than 25 days before the departure date. If the full payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and previous payments will not be refunded.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellation by the participant:
     A unilateral cancellation by the customer before departure will result in 100% of the total travel cost being forfeited.

   • Cancellation by the organizer:
     If the trip is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or failure to meet the minimum participant quota, the travel provider reserves the right to reschedule. A 50% refund of the total payment will be given, excluding airfare and administrative fees, or any expenses already paid by the travel provider, such as hotels or transportation. The refund will be processed within 30 working days.

3. Included in the Price

   • Round-trip flight tickets (Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi - Srinagar as per the itinerary).

   • 15kg domestic baggage allowance.

   • Accommodation as per the itinerary (houseboat in Srinagar, hotel in Srinagar).

   • Meals as outlined in the itinerary (B: Breakfast, D: Dinner).

   • Ground transportation (taxi/private vehicle) as per the itinerary.

   • Entrance fees to specified tourist attractions (Gondola Ride).

   • Tour Leader from Indonesia for 10 or more participants.

   • Assistance with Free 1-year online visa; if not approved, customers are required to apply for a regular visa at the Indian embassy.

   • Local tour guide.

4. Not Included in the Price

   • India visa for citizens of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore.

   • Travel insurance (mandatory for those aged 50 and above).

   • Personal expenses (laundry, phone, additional drinks, etc.).

   • International baggage.

   • Tips for guides or drivers (optional).

   • Additional costs due to flight schedule changes or unforeseen events.

5. Other Terms

   • Travel Documents:
     Participants are responsible for ensuring their travel documents, such as passports (valid for at least 6 months from the return date) and India visa, are complete. The organizer is not responsible for any denial of entry by immigration authorities.

   • Itinerary:
     The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or government regulations without affecting the essence of the trip.

   • Health:
     Participants are expected to be in good health and are responsible for their personal medical needs.

   • Force Majeure:
     The organizer is not responsible for any losses resulting from events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or flight cancellations by airlines.

• Domestic flight from Delhi to Srinagar, Kashmir (15kg luggage allowance).

• 4 nights accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• 1 hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake.

• Entry tickets for attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

Registration and Payment:

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost is required upon registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration is made within 14 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Transfer to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugra Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided during confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to any account other than the official ones.
