Day 1: Arrival in Kashmir – Stay in Houseboat (Dinner)
Morning:

• Arrive at Srinagar Airport, welcomed by our team, and transferred to Dal Lake.

• Check-in at a traditional houseboat and enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).
  Afternoon:

• Free time to relax on the houseboat or take photos of the lake and surrounding mountains.

• Optional lunch on the houseboat (additional cost).
  Evening:

• Relax or explore Dal Lake.

• Optional: Ride a Shikara boat to visit the floating market (additional cost).

• Enjoy the beautiful sunset over the lake.
  Night:

• Dinner served with Kashmiri delicacies on the houseboat.

• Enjoy a peaceful evening atmosphere.
  Overnight: Stay in a luxury houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 2: Pahalgam or Sonamarg (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning:

• Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for one of the following destinations:

  • Pahalgam: Journey to the “Valley of Shepherds” with views of rivers and forests.

  • Sonamarg: Journey to the “Golden Meadow” with snow-capped mountains.
    Afternoon:

• Activities at the chosen destination:

  • Pahalgam: Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Lidder River. Optional: Pony ride (additional cost). Lunch at a local restaurant.

  • Sonamarg: Explore Thajiwas Glacier (optional: sled ride). Lunch at a local restaurant.
    Evening:

• Continue exploration or free time for photography. Start the journey back to Srinagar.
  Night:

• Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.
  Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, then depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the snow-capped views along the way.
  Afternoon:

• Ride the gondola to Phase 1 (ticket included), enjoy panoramic mountain views.

• Free time to play in the snow or try activities like skiing (optional, additional cost). Lunch in Gulmarg.
  Evening:

• Explore the snowy meadows or relax in a local café. Return to Srinagar.
  Night:

• Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.
  Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Mughal Gardens (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)
Morning:

• Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time allows, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see the beautiful Mughal gardens.
  Afternoon:

• Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight. If time is limited, head straight to the airport after breakfast.
  Evening/Night:

• No activities (depending on flight schedule).

Accommodation: None (departure).

Before we begin, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure your trip goes smoothly and enjoyably.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp at +917006976347 and send a passport photo.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be made upon registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration occurs less than 14 days before departure, full payment must be made upon registration.

• Payment Method: Payments must be transferred to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to any account other than the official one.

2. Trip Package Includes

• 4-night accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

• Meals as per schedule (breakfast and dinner).

• Land transportation throughout the trip (AC car/van).

• Entrance tickets to tourist attractions according to the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).

• Experienced local tour guide.

3. Trip Package Excludes

• International flight ticket to Delhi and domestic flight ticket from Delhi to Srinagar, Kashmir.

• India visa fees (we can assist with the visa process for an additional fee).

• Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony ride, etc.).

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls).

• Tips for the guide and driver (voluntary).

• Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).

4. Cancellation Policy

• By the Participant: If the customer cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to failure to meet the minimum participant quota (10 participants) or force majeure, funds will be transferred to an alternative schedule by mutual agreement.

• Tickets that have already been issued are non-refundable unless in accordance with the airline's policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

• An India visa is required and must be processed before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring the completeness of their travel documents.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are advised to be in good health to cope with Kashmir’s cold weather (temperatures may range from -5°C to 10°C).

• Bring warm clothing, personal medication, and winter gear (anti-slip shoes, thick jackets, etc.).

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied and provide a health certificate from a doctor along with travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues resulting from participant negligence.

7. Schedule and Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or local regulations (e.g., route closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will strive to provide the best alternative.

• Activities like the gondola ride or visits to specific valleys depend on snow conditions and authorization from local authorities.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the guide's instructions for safety and smooth trip operation.

• Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) caused by participant negligence will be the responsibility of the participant.

• Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or airlines are not entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transportation cancellations outside of our control. Additional costs incurred will be the participant's responsibility.

10. Agreement

• By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
