Welcome to the Autumn Adventure in Kashmir with SannHoliday India!
Before we begin, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure your trip goes smoothly and is enjoyable.
1. Registration and Payment

Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp at the official SannHoliday India admin number +917006976347 and submit a passport photo.

Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before departure.

Full Payment: If registration is made less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

Payment Method: Transfers should be made to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to unofficial accounts.
2. What’s Included in the Trip Package

4 nights accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar).

Meals as per the itinerary (breakfast and dinner).
-
Ground transportation for the trip (AC car/van).
-
Entrance tickets to tourist spots as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.).
-
Experienced local guide.
-
Basic travel insurance.
3. What’s Not Included in the Trip Package
-
International flights to Delhi and domestic flights from Delhi to Srinagar Kashmir.
-
Indian visa fees (we can assist with the process for an additional fee).
-
Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony ride, etc.).
-
Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls).
-
Tips for the guide and driver (suggested: INR 500-1000 per day per group).

Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.).
4. Cancellation Policy

By Participant: If the participant cancels, the deposit will be considered non-refundable.

By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to minimum participant requirements (10 people) not being met or force majeure, the funds will be transferred to another scheduled date as per mutual agreement.

Flight tickets that have been issued are non-refundable, except in accordance with the airline's policies.
5. Document Requirements

Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

An Indian visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all the necessary travel documents.
6. Health and Safety

The weather will be slightly cool, so it is recommended to wear a jacket.

Bring warm clothing, personal medications, and winter gear (such as anti-slip shoes, thick jackets, etc.).

Participants aged 60 years and above must be accompanied and provide a doctor’s certificate of good health, as well as have travel insurance.

SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues caused by participant negligence.
7. Changes to Schedule and Itinerary

The itinerary may change at any time due to weather, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., road closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will make every effort to provide the best alternatives.

Activities like the gondola ride or visits to certain valleys depend on snow conditions and official permits.
8. Participant Responsibility

Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and smooth travel.

Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicles) due to negligence by the participant will be the responsibility of the participant.

Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline will not be entitled to a refund.
9. Force Majeure

SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transport cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs arising will be the responsibility of the participant.
10. Agreement

By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
