Day 1: Srinagar - Arrival, Houseboat Check-in & Shikara Ride (Dinner)
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. You will be greeted by a local representative and transferred directly to your houseboat on Dal Lake.
Evening: Check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride (optional, at your own expense) on Dal Lake with the stunning Zabarwan Mountains in the backdrop.
Night: Dinner at the houseboat and rest.
Accommodation: Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 2: Full Day in Pahalgam - Optional Horse Riding & Souvenir Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, followed by a scenic drive to Pahalgam (approximately 2.5–3 hours, 95 km), passing the saffron fields of Pampore.
Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the views of the Lidder Valley. Optional (at your own expense): Horseback ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
Horse Riding Cost: Approximately INR 500–1,500 per person, depending on route and duration (negotiable with local providers).
Evening: Stop at the local Pahalgam market for souvenirs like saffron, dried fruits (e.g., walnuts, almonds), or shawls.
Return to Srinagar (2.5–3 hours), dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 3: Full Day in Sonamarg - Optional Horse Riding (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then drive to Sonamarg (approximately 2–3 hours, 80 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (at your own expense): Horseback ride to Thajiwas Glacier for a snow and mountain view (includes light trekking).
Evening: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.
Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours), dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day in Gulmarg - Gondola Phase 1 & Free ATV Ride (Breakfast, Dinner)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Gulmarg (approximately 2–3 hours, 56 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg. Take the Phase 1 Gondola ride (Gulmarg to Kongdori) for breathtaking views of the snow-covered Himalayas.
Evening: Optional activities include playing in the snow, snowmobiling, or beginner skiing (at your own expense).
Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours), dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar - Free Time & Departure (Breakfast)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax at the hotel or explore Srinagar. If time allows, visit the Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh or Shalimar Bagh) to take photos and enjoy the scenic views of the historic gardens.
Afternoon: Check out of the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.

Welcome to your snow adventure in Kashmir with SannHoliday India! Before we begin, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Participants must register via WhatsApp at +917006976347 and submit a passport photo.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration is made less than 14 days before departure, full payment must be made at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Transfer to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugera Wisata or Susanna Lubis (details will be provided upon confirmation). We are not responsible for payments made outside the official account.

2. Package Includes

• 4 nights of accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar)

• Meals as per itinerary (breakfast and dinner)

• Ground transportation during the trip (AC car/van)

• Entrance tickets to attractions as per itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.)

• Professional photo and video

• Experienced local guide

3. Package Excludes

• International flight tickets to Delhi and domestic flight from Delhi to Srinagar, Kashmir

• India visa fee (we can assist with the application for an additional cost)

• Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony ride, etc.)

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone calls)

• Tips for guide and driver (at your discretion)

• Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.)

4. Cancellation Policy

• By Participant: In case of cancellation by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to not meeting the minimum quota (10 participants) or due to force majeure, the funds will be transferred to another schedule as agreed upon.

• Flight Tickets: Tickets that have been issued cannot be refunded, unless per the airline’s policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the return date.

• An Indian visa is required and must be processed before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with the visa process for an additional fee, but the visa decision is at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring the completeness of their travel documents.

6. Health and Safety

• Participants are advised to be in good health to withstand the cold weather in Kashmir (temperatures can range from -5°C to 10°C).

• Bring warm clothing, personal medications, and winter gear (anti-slip shoes, thick jackets, etc.).

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied by a health certificate from a doctor and have travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for accidents or health issues caused by the participant’s negligence.

7. Schedule and Itinerary Changes

• The itinerary may change due to weather conditions, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., route closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will attempt to provide the best alternatives.

• Activities like the gondola ride or visits to certain valleys are dependent on snow conditions and permissions from authorities.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and smooth operation of the trip.

• Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) due to negligence by the participant will be the responsibility of the participant.

• Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline are not entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), riots, or transport cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs arising from these situations will be the responsibility of the participant.

10. Agreement
By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
