OPEN TRIP Kashmir Winter Start Kuala Lumpur

Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi

• Evening: Depart from Kuala Lumpur at 7:00 PM. Make sure to arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport 6 hours prior.

• Night: Arrive in New Delhi around 11:00 PM (Indian Time). After immigration, rest overnight for the morning flight to Srinagar, Kashmir.

Day 2: Arrival in Kashmir – Stay at Houseboat (Dinner)

• Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where our team will meet and greet you. Transfer to Dal Lake for check-in at your traditional houseboat. Enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).

• Afternoon: Free time at the houseboat for relaxation or photo opportunities with stunning lake and mountain views. Optional lunch on the houseboat (additional cost).

• Evening: Optional Shikara boat ride (additional cost) to explore the floating market. Enjoy the sunset over Dal Lake.

• Night: Dinner served with authentic Kashmiri dishes on the houseboat. Relax in the tranquil night atmosphere.

• Overnight: Stay at a luxurious houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam – Optional Horse Riding & Shopping (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast on the houseboat. Depart for Pahalgam by road (2.5-3 hours, 95 km), passing by the saffron fields of Pampore.

• Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the scenic Lidder Valley. Optional horse ride to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).

  • Horse riding fee: INR 500-1,500 per person, depending on the route and duration (negotiable with local providers).

• Evening: Stop at the local market in Pahalgam for shopping, including Kashmiri saffron, dried fruits (walnuts, almonds), or shawls.

• Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.

• Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, then depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy the snow-covered views along the way.

• Afternoon: Take the gondola ride to Phase 1 (free ticket), enjoy panoramic views of the mountains. Free time to play in the snow or engage in activities like skiing (optional, additional cost).

  • Enjoy an ATV ride included in the tour package.

• Evening: Explore the snowy meadows or relax at a local café. Return to Srinagar.

• Night: Arrive in Srinagar, dinner at the hotel, and rest.

• Overnight: 3-star hotel in Srinagar or houseboat.

Day 5: Full Day Sonamarg – Optional Horse Riding (Breakfast, Dinner)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then a road trip to Sonamarg (2-3 hours, 80 km).

• Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy views of the Sindh River valley and the mountains. Optional horse ride to Thajiwas Glacier (light trekking included).

• Evening: Relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.

• Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

• Overnight: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Mughal Gardens (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time allows, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see the beautiful Mughal Gardens.

• Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight back. If time is limited, head directly to the airport after breakfast.

• Evening: Arrive in New Delhi, then continue your journey to Kuala Lumpur.

• Overnight: No accommodation (departure).

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur

• Morning: Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue your journey back to your respective cities.

Before we start, please read and understand the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

1. Registration and Payment

• Registration: Register by sending a message via WhatsApp to SannHoliday India admin at +917006976347.

• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of registration to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before departure.

• Full Payment: If registration is made less than 14 days before departure, full payment is required at the time of registration.

• Payment Method: Payments must be made to the official account of PT Sanjaya Anugerah Wisata or Susanna Lubis, which will be provided upon confirmation. We are not responsible for payments made to any other accounts.

2. What's Included in the Trip Package

• International flight ticket from Kuala Lumpur to New Delhi without baggage

• Domestic flight from New Delhi to Srinagar Kashmir with 15kg baggage

• 4-night accommodation (hotel and houseboat in Srinagar)

• Free Shikara ride & 1 hour ATV ride

• Meals as per the itinerary (breakfast and dinner)

• Ground transportation for the entire trip (AC car/van)

• Entrance tickets to the attractions as per the itinerary (Mughal Gardens, Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1, etc.)

• Experienced local guide

• Basic travel insurance

3. What's Not Included in the Trip Package

• Indian visa fee (we can assist with processing for an additional fee)

• Optional activities (skiing, snowboarding, pony ride, etc.)

• Personal expenses (shopping, laundry, phone bills)

• Tips for the guide and driver (suggested: INR 500-1000 per day per group)

• Additional costs due to force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.)

4. Cancellation Policy

• By the Participant: If a participant cancels, the deposit will be forfeited.

• By SannHoliday India: If the trip is canceled due to insufficient participants (minimum 10) or force majeure, the funds will be transferred to another trip date as per agreement.

• Air tickets that have been issued are non-refundable, except according to the airline's policy.

5. Document Requirements

• Participants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of return.

• An Indian visa is required and must be obtained before departure. SannHoliday India can assist with processing for an additional fee, but the visa decision is entirely at the discretion of the Indian Embassy.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents.

6. Health and Safety

• The weather will be cool, so we recommend wearing jackets.

• Bring warm clothing, personal medication, and other necessary winter gear.

• Participants aged 60 and above must be accompanied by a health certificate from their doctor and must have travel insurance.

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for any accidents or health issues resulting from participant negligence.

7. Changes to the Schedule and Itinerary

• The itinerary may change due to weather, road conditions, or local policies (e.g., route closures due to heavy snow). SannHoliday India will strive to provide the best alternatives.

• Activities such as the gondola ride or visits to certain valleys depend on snow conditions and local authority permits.

8. Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow the guide's instructions for safety and smooth operation of the trip.

• Damage to property (hotel, houseboat, vehicle) due to participant negligence will be the participant's responsibility.

• Participants who are denied entry by Indian immigration or the airline are not entitled to a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• SannHoliday India is not responsible for losses due to natural disasters (snowstorms, landslides), civil unrest, or transportation cancellations beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred will be the participant's responsibility.

10. Agreement

By registering, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
