Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi

  • The flight departs at 7:00 PM; ensure arrival at Kuala Lumpur Airport 6 hours prior. Arrive in New Delhi around 11:00 PM India time, then rest for the morning flight to Srinagar, Kashmir.

Day 2: Arrival in Kashmir – Stay on Houseboat (Dinner)

  • Morning: Arrive at Srinagar Airport, greeted by our team, and transfer to Dal Lake. Check into a traditional houseboat and enjoy Kashmiri tea (Kahwa).
  • Afternoon: Free time on the houseboat to relax or take photos with lake and mountain views. Lunch on the houseboat (optional, extra cost).
  • Evening: Rest or explore Dal Lake. Optional: Shikara boat ride to see the floating market (extra cost). Enjoy the sunset on the lake.
  • Night: Dinner with Kashmiri cuisine on the houseboat. Relax in the calm evening ambiance.
  • Stay: Luxury houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 3: Full Day Pahalgam - Optional Horseback Riding and Souvenir Shopping (B, D)

  • Morning: Breakfast on the houseboat, then depart for Pahalgam by road (approx. 2.5–3 hours, 95 km), passing Pampore saffron fields.
  • Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy Lidder Valley views. Optional (personal cost): Horseback riding to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
    • Horseback riding cost: Approx. INR 500–1,500 per person, depending on route and duration (negotiable with local providers).
  • Evening: Stop at Pahalgam’s local market to shop for Kashmiri souvenirs like saffron, dried fruits (e.g., walnuts, almonds), or shawls.
  • Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5–3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
  • Stay: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg – Gondola Phase 1 (Breakfast, Dinner)

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat, then depart for Gulmarg. Enjoy snowy scenery along the way.
  • Afternoon: Ride the Gondola to Phase 1 (free ticket) and witness stunning mountain views. Free time for snow activities or optional skiing (extra cost). Lunch in Gulmarg.
  • Evening: Explore snowy fields or relax at a local café. Return to Srinagar.
  • Night: Arrive in Srinagar, have dinner at the hotel, and rest.
  • Stay: 3-star hotel in Srinagar or houseboat.

Day 5: Full Day Sonamarg - Optional Horseback Riding (B, D)

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then travel by road to Sonamarg (approx. 2–3 hours, 80 km).
  • Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (personal cost): Horseback riding to Thajiwas Glacier for snow and mountain views (includes light trekking).
  • Evening: Relax and enjoy Sonamarg’s natural beauty or take photos in the area.
  • Night: Return to Srinagar (2–3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
  • Stay: Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Mughal Garden (If Time Permits) – Departure (Breakfast)

  • Morning: Breakfast at the hotel/houseboat. If time allows, visit Shalimar Bagh or Nishat Bagh to see beautiful Mughal gardens.
  • Afternoon: Transfer to Srinagar Airport for the return flight. If time is limited, proceed directly to the airport after breakfast.
  • Evening/Night: Arrive in New Delhi and continue the journey to Kuala Lumpur.
  • Stay: None (departure).

Day 7: Kuala Lumpur

  • Arrive in Kuala Lumpur and continue the journey back to respective cities.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment
    Stage 1: Initial Deposit

    • Participants must pay a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per person to secure a booking at the time of registration.
    • This deposit is non-refundable unless the trip is canceled by the organizer.

    Stage 2: 50% Payment

    • A payment of 50% of the total trip cost must be made 3 months after registration or as per the organizer’s schedule.
    • Failure to make this payment may result in booking cancellation, and the initial deposit will not be refunded.

    Stage 3: Full Payment

    • Full payment (100% of the total trip cost) must be completed no later than 25 days before the departure date.
    • If full payment is not made by the deadline, the booking may be canceled, and previous payments will not be refunded.
  2. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation by Participant:

    • Unilateral cancellation by the participant before departure will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total trip cost.

    Cancellation by Organizer:

    • If the trip is canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) or failure to meet the minimum quota, the organizer may postpone the schedule. A 50% refund (excluding ticket costs, administrative fees, or expenses already paid by the organizer, such as for hotels or buses) will be returned to participants within 30 working days.
  3. Inclusions

    • Round-trip flight tickets (Kuala Lumpur - New Delhi - Srinagar as per itinerary).
    • 15kg domestic baggage allowance.
    • Accommodation as per itinerary (houseboat in Srinagar, hotel in Srinagar).
    • Meals as specified in the itinerary (B: Breakfast, D: Dinner).
    • Ground transportation (taxi/private car) as per itinerary.
    • Entrance tickets to specified attractions (Gondola Ride).
    • Tour leader from Indonesia for groups of 10 or more participants.
    • Assistance with a free 1-year online visa application; if rejected, participants must apply for a regular visa at the Indian embassy.
    • Local tour guide.
  4. Exclusions

    • Indian visa fees for citizens of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Singapore.
    • Travel insurance (mandatory for participants aged 50 and above).
    • Personal expenses (laundry, telephone, additional beverages, etc.).
    • International baggage allowance.
    • Tips for guides or drivers (optional).
    • Additional costs due to flight schedule changes or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. Other Terms

    • Travel Documents: Participants are responsible for ensuring complete documentation, such as a passport (valid for at least 6 months from the return date) and an Indian visa. The organizer is not liable for entry refusals by immigration authorities.
    • Itinerary: The itinerary may change due to weather, local conditions, or government policies without compromising the essence of the trip.
    • Health: Participants are expected to be in good health and are responsible for their personal medical needs.
    • Force Majeure: The organizer is not liable for losses due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, war, or flight cancellations by airlines.
  6. Confirmation and Contact

    • A booking is considered valid after the deposit is received and confirmed by the organizer.
