Day 1: Srinagar - Arrival, Check-in Houseboat, and Shikara Ride (D)
Morning/Afternoon: Arrive at Sheikh ul-Alam Airport, Srinagar. Be greeted by a local representative and transfer directly to a houseboat on Dal Lake.
Evening: Check-in at the houseboat. Enjoy a 1-hour Shikara ride to take in the stunning views of Dal Lake with the Zabarwan Mountains in the background.
Night: Have dinner at the houseboat and rest.
Accommodation: Houseboat in Srinagar.
Day 2: Full Day Pahalgam - Optional Horse Riding and Souvenir Shopping (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the houseboat, then depart for Pahalgam by road (approximately 2.5-3 hours, 95 km), passing through the saffron fields of Pampore.
Afternoon: Arrive in Pahalgam and enjoy the scenic Lidder Valley. Optional (at personal expense): Horse riding to Aru Valley or Betaab Valley (choose one).
Horse Riding Cost: Approximately INR 500-1,500 per person, depending on the route and duration (negotiable with local providers).
Evening: Stop at the local Pahalgam market to shop for Kashmiri souvenirs such as saffron, dried fruits (e.g., walnuts, almonds), or shawls.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2.5-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 3: Full Day Sonamarg - Optional Horse Riding (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then travel by road to Sonamarg (approximately 2-3 hours, 80 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Sonamarg, known as the "Meadow of Gold." Enjoy the views of the Sindh River Valley. Optional (at personal expense): Horse riding to Thajiwas Glacier to see snow and mountains (includes light trekking).
Evening: Relax and soak in the natural beauty of Sonamarg or take photos around the area.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Full Day Gulmarg - Gondola Phase 1 and Free ATV Ride (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel, then depart for Gulmarg by road (approximately 2-3 hours, 56 km).
Afternoon: Arrive in Gulmarg. Take the Gondola Phase 1 ride (Gulmarg to Kongdori) to enjoy the snowy Himalayan views.
Evening: Free ATV experience: Ride an ATV in the snowy areas of Gulmarg. Optional: Play in the snow.
Night: Return to Srinagar (2-3 hours). Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Accommodation: Hotel in Srinagar.
Day 5: Srinagar - Free Time and Departure (B,D)
Morning: Breakfast at the hotel. Free time to relax at the hotel or explore Srinagar. If time permits, visit Mughal Garden (Nishat Bagh or Shalimar Bagh) for photos and to enjoy the historic garden scenery.
Afternoon: Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return flight.

Booking and Payment
A minimum 50% deposit of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed at least 14 days prior to departure.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, TransferWise, or other methods specified by the tour operator.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the tour operator.
Inclusions
The package includes transportation (private vehicle), accommodation (1 night in a houseboat and 3 nights in a hotel, sharing basis), meals (breakfast and dinner as specified), a 1-hour Shikara ride, Gondola Phase 1 ride, and a free ATV activity in Gulmarg (subject to availability).
Airport transfers to/from Srinagar Airport are included.
Exclusions
International and domestic flight tickets, travel insurance, personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, laundry, additional meals), optional activities (e.g., horse riding in Pahalgam and Sonamarg), and anything not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
Gondola Phase 2 rides and other optional activities are at the traveler’s expense.
Optional Activities
Horse riding in Pahalgam and Sonamarg is optional and incurs additional costs (approximately INR 500-1,500 in Pahalgam and INR 700-2,000 in Sonamarg, negotiable with local providers).
Availability and safety of optional activities depend on weather conditions and local arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be provided for unused services (e.g., meals, activities) during the trip.
Cancellations initiated by the customer will result in forfeiture of the entire payment.
Itinerary Changes and Adjustments
The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or security issues.
Additional costs arising from such changes will be borne by the traveler, unless covered by the operator.
Travel Documents and Insurance
Travelers are responsible for obtaining a valid passport, visa (if required), and travel insurance. The tour operator is not liable for delays or cancellations due to incomplete documents.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of belongings.
Health and Safety
Travelers must ensure they are physically fit for the trip, especially in high-altitude areas like Gulmarg and Sonamarg.
The tour operator is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents during optional activities (e.g., horse riding, ATV rides), unless caused by the operator’s negligence.
Liability
The tour operator is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages due to natural disasters, political unrest, or third-party services (e.g., airlines, local vendors).
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
Weather and Seasonal Conditions
The itinerary is subject to weather conditions. Snow-based activities (e.g., Gondola rides, ATV) depend on sufficient snowfall, typically available from December to March.
The operator will provide alternatives if weather disrupts planned activities, but no refunds will be issued for weather-related changes.
Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, follow the guide’s instructions, and adhere to safety protocols.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
Force Majeure
The tour operator is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
Agreement
By booking this trip, travelers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the tour operator’s registered location.
